Chief Executive Officer
Suzy is Chairman and CEO of Lion Brothers, and is a passionate Entrepreneur, Board Director, Corporate Advisor and Public Sector leader.
She brings an expertise in strategy, digital manufacturing, innovation and entrepreneurship. Over her twenty five + years at Lion, has transitioned Lion from one of America's first embroidery companies into a leading material science and innovation company within the global apparel industry. Prior to joining Lion in 1988, Suzy's early career was in Investment Banking.
Suzy currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve of Baltimore, part of the Fifth District Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. She is also Vice Chair of Maryland's Regional Manufacturing Institute, on the Board of Visitors of Towson University, is a Trustee of St. Timothy's School and is a Director of Sustainable Health Enterprises, a social enterprise based in Rwanda. She is a member of Governor Hogan's Regulatory Reform Commission and is recent past Chair of the Maryland Economic Development Commission, responsible for the business strategy for the State of Maryland.
Suzy is a member of YPO/WPO, Committee of 200 and Maryland's Executive Alliance.
She serves on the Corporate Board of Directors of Thames Technology/Barcoding Inc. and Credly, the leader in Digital Credentialing. She is a past Board member of Applica Inc. (NYSE: APN) and Hedwin Corporation.
Suzy holds an MBA in Finance and Multinational Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida.
Steven is 30- year international apparel industry executive who serves as the Executive Director of Lion, where he is responsible for planning, directing and implementing Lion's strategic and operational objectives. Prior to joining, Steven spent 20 years in Hong Kong leading Wing Tai Group's Apparel division, holding positions including Chairman of the Zymmetry Group and MSC in Hong Kong, served as interim CEO at Gieves and Hawkes in London, and Chairman of Wensum Tailoring in the UK. Earlier in his career, Steven held positions with the William Baird group, and began his career as the the youngest member of Marks & Spencer Retail Management Training program. Steven is a recognized leader within the apparel industry and has been a keynote speaker at the United Nations Industry and Investment Forum. He currently serves on the Board of 7th Online, a provider of eCommerce solutions for Brands and Retailers
Chief Operating Officer
Stephen oversees Global Operations for Lion including Domestic and Global Manufacturing, Sourcing, Engineering, Product Development, Research and Development and Merchandising. Prior to joining Lion in 2012, Stephen served as VP Global Operations and Supply Chain at Avery Dennison Retail Information Systems. With a 30 -year career in manufacturing, Stephen brings visionary manufacturing leadership to Lion and currently leads Lion's Digital Manufacturing transformation effort.
Stephen received his degree in Engineering Technology from East Berkshire College in the U.K. and brings an expertise in lean methods.
Chief Administrative Officer
Yenwen joined Lion in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing the Global Financial, Accounting, IT and Corporate Administration functions of the Company. Yen brings broad financial and business experience working with global manufacturing companies, specifically, growth companies with extensive experience in the Far East. Prior to Lion, Yen served as CFO at Lasko Products, Inc., a global consumer-products company. Yen holds an MBA from the Wharton School, a Master of Science and Professional Accounting from University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the National Taiwan University
EVP Sales & Marketing
Cesar is responsible for the Global Sales and Marketing organization at Lion including the Business Development and Sales functions. Prior to joining Lion in 2004, Cesar spent 24 years as an apparel industry executive with Malden Mills, where he served as Senior V.P. Sales and Marketing, where he helped to build the PolartecÂ® technical fabric brand and develop their worldwide sales effort. Cesar brings a global perspective to Lion having had extensive experience in European, Asian and Latin American markets.
VP Product Innovation & Development
Paul is responsible for the Global Product Development organization at Lion which includes all product design and development activities. Paul oversees the development of new products, processes and techniques reflected in Lion's portfolio of apparel identity. Prior to joining Lion in 1999 as VP Operations, Paul's deep textile industry experience included positions in Plant, Customer, Technical & Quality Management. Paul began his career at Milliken and holds a BA in Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Director, Human Resources
Robin Walker is responsible for Global Human Resources for Lion. Prior to joining Lion in 1996, Robin held positions with C.M. Kemp Manufacturing and Johnson Yokogawa Corp. Robin brings extensive human resources generalist as well as deep manufacturing experience to Lion. She received her BA from the University of Maryland College Park Summa Cum Laude and has performed additional coursework toward her MBA at Loyola University.
Robin currently serves on Governor Hogan's Equal Pay Commission
General Manager, Lion Brothers Far East
Victor Li is responsible for Lion Brothers' Far East operations.
Victor joined Lion in 1998 as Business Manager and has assumed increasingly larger responsibilities. Today as GM, Victor leads Lion's Hong Kong and China sales, manufacturing and sourcing teams. Prior to Lion, Victor worked for F.J. Benjamin Fashion, the Guess Jeans distributor in Asia, and The Swank Shop Group in sales and marketing positions. Victor graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic Fashion and Clothing Institute and holds an MBA from Philadelphia University.
